One of my dreams is to travel and discover new cultures and people. One of the places on my list is Cuba. I don't know why, maybe because of my last name? I think, I might have some ancestors there. This is also a picture I found while doing some research on Cuba. This painting represents people, maybe neigbhors chatting while the men are washing an old car, which is widely seen around Cuba. This painting is also a work in progress.

Hey 'TETO', glad to see some of your art! I just stumbled on you blog by searching ARUBA. Good job...I'm interested in a 'finished' painting by a local artist...interested?
Long-time bro, Rick
Rick,
My best old friend, how are things back in Savaneta. Long time no see. Even though we live on this same small island, it seems two world apart. I need to get in touch back with my roots. Thanks a lot for your compliment. I am planning to have an exhibition by next year but not sure if I can make it. Lets hope so.
BTW very interesting blog you have. I see that you are still active with sports. Anyway, good to hear from old pals. Regards...
I knew you had a talent from a very young age, glad to see you are putting it to work! And yes, I'm still in Savaneta and very active in sports, mostly mountainbiking. Keep in touch buddy.
